IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), CBAP, CCA, and BCS (British Computer Society) International Diploma certified Business analyst with over 20 years of experience. Consulting with multi-national clients in Logistics, Retail, Banking, Credit cards, Home loans, and the International Standards industry, I have gained expertise in demonstrating practical knowledge in all stages of the project life-cycle involving agile, hybrid and traditional waterfall methodologies.

With a results-driven approach, I strategically analyse business needs, drive process improvements, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Over the years, I have honed the art of stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership in regulated and non-regulated organisations. My experience spans complex business challenges, distributed teams, and diverse environments, from day-to-day operations to large-scale product development and transformative digital initiatives. Adept at bridging the gap between business and technology, I excel in collaborating with cross-functional diverse teams and delivering high-impact projects.

Bindu's slightly unconventional approach to business analysis meetings is a breath of fresh air.

All to often, at the start of meetings people are one their phones or laptops or have rushed from one meeting to another and have inadvertently carried thoughts of this in with them. Through mindfulness techniques Bindu banishes outside distractions bringing about a more focussed and productive environment to work in.

Being told that before commencing work there will be a period of meditation is often a shock for people who haven't encountered it before and initially those who are less open minded can feel self conscious. Bindu doesn't draw attention to this but equally does not shy away from it and as a result everyone takes part. At the end of the short period of mindfulness, the working group is calm, focussed and ready to contribute and do justice to the discussion.

I always look forward to working with Bindu because of her approach and have even started to incorporate her teachings into some of the meetings that I facilitate.
